• Road works M60 Junction 5:
7 July - March 2009: Major road works to strengthen the slip road bridges at Junction 5 on the M60 interchange with the A5103 will start on 7 July.
The road works are expected to last for nine months and heavy traffic and delays are likely. Passengers travelling to Manchester Airport are advised to allow plenty of extra time for their journey.
