This departure check list is essential reading before you fly from Manchester Airport. Double check our hand luggage guide and luggage check list.

Passport - valid? Check! ...

When was the last time you used your passport? Check it is valid well in advance of your trip as many people are refused travel because of this reason.

Also - do you still look the same. If, in extreme cases, you have changed beyond recognition to your photo you could be refused travel. Likewise if your passport is in very bad condition.

What's more, check your children's passports too!
