Passenger Notice:
Manchester Airport would like to advise passengers of road works which will affect travel to the airport during the month of February. This is as part of the £15 million scheme to make an extra platform at Manchester Airport train station.

Outwood Lane will be closed from 10PM on Friday 15th February until the early hours of Monday 3rd March. Outwood Lane is the main road to Terminals 1 and 3 at the airport and passes over the ends of the station platforms.

Road traffic will continue to be directed off the M56 at junction 5 but Terminal 1 traffic will be diverted via Terminal 2 past the Station and Terminal 3 traffic will be redirected up Ringway Road West and then onto Ringway Road past Premier Park and Manchester's Airport Hotel.

Drop Off & Pick Up
 
Its is a security regulation that private cars may not stop anywhere on the airport or terminal roads or forecourts except where setting down or picking up passengers

Any vehicle that is left unattended are highly likely to be towed away by airport authorities and/or the Police. Towing charges, retrieval fees and storage fees will apply if your car is removed.

If you know you are going to be in the Terminal and away from your car even for two or three minutes then use the car parks provided.

 
Short & Long Term Parking
 
A short term car park is available a few metres from the airport terminal and is ideal for seeing someone off or meeting friends and family.
